Meet Colby

Colby Marceau officially became a real estate agent in 2018, but some could say he was born into the business. From a young age, Colby would frequently accompany family members, who were in real estate development, to the office. As he got older, he would shadow them during architectural planning and project development meetings. He also helped out during open houses and learned about investment properties. Now a top-producing agent himself with experience in over 100 escrows, Colby uses his lifelong training and passion for the business to help his clients find the perfect place to call home. 

 

Colby started his real estate career selling new construction. Working with builders like Taylor Morrison, Intracorp and Jtecc. Colby was awarded 2019 Top Producer Honors from both the GSMC and TRIBUTE as well as 2020 Rookie Sales Professional of the Year from GSMC. 

 

Colby sees property ownership as a life-changing experience, and he takes pride in being able to assist clients from all backgrounds — including first-time homebuyers, investment buyers, those looking to upgrade or downsize, and everyone in between. Colby works diligently for his clients, providing an open, honest, and comfortable experience throughout the transaction.
